Tentatively, there are 27 individual sites that are approved <br /> for sewage disposal systems. These sites are only preliminarily approved. . - -sites still must be given ,final approval before any permits can be 'issued. <br /> Final approval is contingent on a field survey showing all lines and our <br /> department's confirming that the usable areas are still usable for the parti- <br /> '.cular sites. - <br /> One aspect of the development that may create problems is that the <br /> dedicated lots may not be large enough to contain all- of the usable septic • <br /> • system area and repair area. This aspect leads to the legal questions of <br /> system ownership, maintenance, and repair responsibilities.
