Grading and building <br /> permits, upon application, will be issued after approval and recordation <br /> of the Special Use Permit. <br /> 19.The development shall be built and operated according to, the site plan and <br /> written narrative supplied by the developer and in compliance with or <br /> fulfillment of the above conditions and the Orange County development <br /> regulations and ordinances. <br />
