However, in order to complete the project 36 additional <br /> days are needed due to delays in the production and delivery <br /> of split block and electric floor mats. These delays were <br /> beyond the control of the contractors. <br /> IMPACT: There is no financial impact in this time extension. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve change order to move the completion date to October <br /> 17, 1986. <br />
