A partial width right-of--way is <br /> needed beca,‘se there is an existing dwelling that <br /> could not meet the required 20 foot setback. The <br /> Rays cannot acquire additional footage or alterna- <br /> tive access from the neighboring lots. This is tho <br /> last subdivision of this lot as the soil is only <br /> suitable for three dwellings. <br /> Approval of this request would allow a minor <br /> subdivision of one lob for their son. <br /> Collins noted that this application meets the <br /> requirements for a partial width. right-of--way. <br /> Kizer indicated he thought it would be eusiar in <br /> the long run to ask for a variance in the setback <br /> regulations for the house.
