It is referenced as part of lot <br /> 19B on Tax Map 17 . There are two lots proposed out of an 65 <br /> acre tract. One lot is proposed to be 1 .6 acres and the other <br /> lot 1 .55 acres . The area is designated Agricultural Residen- <br /> tial in the Land Use Plan . <br /> The property is zoned Agricultural. Residential (A-R) with both <br /> lots having state road frontage. Fire protection will be <br /> provided by the Eno Rural Fire District . <br /> IMPACT: Development of two lots in this area will add an additional 19 <br /> trips per day to Pleasant Green Road . In 1985 , the most recent <br /> traffic count, there were 1300 trips per day on Pleasant Green <br /> Road . The property is relatively level without streams and <br /> presently wooded . <br /> RECOICENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval . . <br />
