It is referenced as lot 31A on Tax Map 6 . <br /> There are 9 lots proposed out of a 9 . 61 acre tract . The tract <br /> is designated as Agricultural Residential on the Land Use Plan . <br /> The 9 lots proposed average .99 acres in size outside of the <br /> right-of-way . The property is zoned Agricultural Residential <br /> (A-R) . A class "B" private road (Banks Road) is proposed off <br /> Doe Run Road . <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the E:flcnd <br /> Rural Fire District . <br /> The Health Department has approved all lots for septic tanks <br /> except Lot / 5 . However, an easement for the septic tank and. <br /> nitrification field has been designated on Lot 6 .
