The <br /> property is referenced as Lot 19 of Tax Map 2. It is bordered <br /> by residential development . The tract is designated as Rural <br /> Residential on the Land Use Plan . <br /> There are two (2) lots proposed out of 4 .01 acres. The lot <br /> sizes are 1 .57 acres and 1 .62 acres excluding the rights-of- <br /> way. The property is zoned R-1 (Rural Residential ) . <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the New Hope <br /> Fire District. Law enforcement is provided by the Orange <br /> County Sheriff ' s Department. <br /> IMPACT: There are no traffic counts available for Seminole Trail as it <br /> is not within the Department of Transportation ' s system. <br /> However, given that only one ( 1 ) new lot is being created, <br /> development of this subdivision would generate ten ( 10) addi- <br /> tional trips per day . <br /> RECOMMENDATION : The Planning Board recommended approval of the Preliminary <br /> Plan on August 18, 1986 . <br /> -S. <br />
