Collins responded that such an <br /> area was usually considered a residual lot. area. <br /> MOTION; Yuhasz moved approval with staff conditions and the <br /> added condition that the reserved area be assigned <br /> a lot number. Seconded by Pilkey. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br />
