The <br /> property is zoned R-1 (Rural-Residential) . <br /> An Orange County Class "B" private road (Lake Hogan <br /> Lane) is proposed• to provide access to the lots in <br /> the subdivision. <br /> Fire protection. for the property is provided by the <br /> South Orange Fire District. Law enforcement is <br /> provided by • the Orange County Sheriff' s Department <br /> and will be patrolled on a 24-hour basis. <br /> Projected traffic generation from this• subdivision is <br /> approximately 66 (9 .5 x 7 lots) trips per day. <br /> According to the Department of Transportation. the <br /> 1985 (most current) traffic count for SR 1777. <br /> determined from the eastern intersection with SR <br /> 1834 . is 2900 average daily trips. There was no <br /> traffic count conducted for SR 1728. <br /> On June 16 , 1986 the Planning Staff recommended <br /> approval of the Preliminary Plan contingent upon the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1) Submission of a Stormwater Management Plan. which <br /> either presents a proposal to control the stormwater <br /> runoff or explain why stormwater management measures <br /> are unnecessary for this subdivision to meet the <br /> standard per Erosion Control Officer' s comment; <br /> • 2) Change the State Road number for Lake Hogan Farm Road <br /> from Sr 1777 to 1728; SR 1777 is • the State Road <br /> number for Homestead Road; <br /> 3) Approval of Lots 6 and 7 for on-site wasterater <br /> systems or combination of the lots to provide <br /> approved sites for each lot proposed or notation on <br /> the plat indicating the unsuitability of the lots for <br /> development and recordation of legal document stating <br /> the same; <br /> 4) The 50 foot right-of-way be extended to the eastern- <br /> - most property line of Lot 7 ; and a temporary T--turn <br /> around constructed for use until such time that the <br /> road is extended; <br /> 5) Property lines follow a 10' x 70 ' sight triangle at <br /> the intersection of Lake Hogan Land and SR 1728; <br /> 6) The road frontage for Lake Hogan Lane along SR 1728 <br /> be built to one half of a 40 ' typical section -- 20 ' <br /> from the centerline to the ditch with 9 ' wideth of <br /> stone 4" deep. <br /> The applicant has con`:)ied with the above mentioned <br /> conditions, therefore, tila P].n1. ln.!3 Sta.H reconr1eI:,d <br />
