Margin dimensions are also established - <br /> 1 -1 /2" on the left border and 1/2" on all other <br /> borders. <br /> The current Subdivision Regulations allow either <br /> ( a) 21 " x 30" , (b) 12" x 18" or (c) 18" x 24" <br /> plat sizes. <br /> IMPACT: The amendment would eliminate confusion between <br /> the regulations/ requirements administered by the <br /> Planning Department and the Register of Deeds and <br /> Land Records Departments . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approval of amendment. <br />
