We would recommend one access near <br /> the.eastern boundry of property for sight distance considerations- <br /> SR1812 is a soil road. It is recommended that SR1812 be paved as a minimum between - <br /> the developer's access and existing pavement on SR1812. <br /> State maintenance on SR1812 begins at its connection with IISTO and runs westward to <br /> the bridge.
