AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE and • <br /> Li 022 ORANGE FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER <br /> RENEWAL <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY Of ORANGE <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement was made and entered into as of the 1st <br /> day of July, 1985 by and between Orange County, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the "County" and Orange Family Medical Center, <br /> hereinafter referred to as "Health Authority" for the <br /> provision of primary medical services for the Orange County <br /> Jail. <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the HEALTH AUTHORITY wish to renew <br /> the agreement as amended. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the COUNTY and the HEALTH AUTHORITY mutually <br /> agree to the following: <br /> 1.) The agreement will be continued for a period of one <br /> year commencing July 1, 1986 and ending at 12:00 <br /> midnight on June 30, 1987. <br /> 2.) Section E, lA shall be amended to read "Six <br /> thousand dollars per annum to be -paid in equal. <br /> monthly installments of $500 each. This compensa- <br /> tion is for all services described in this agree- <br /> ment performed by the Health Authority during this <br /> normal business hours including the SZ sick calls <br /> and other visits to the jail , the office of the <br /> Health Authority or such other health care facility <br /> selected by the attending physician pursuant to <br /> Section A of this agreement.
