Completion of the project will alleviate some of <br /> the County' s critical space needs and should ultimately <br /> allow better service to Orange County citizenry. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve contracts for Revere Road County Annex <br /> Renovation to D. W. Ward Construction Company, <br /> General Contractor for a sum of $221,856; to O'Dell <br /> Electric, Electrical contractor for a sum of <br /> $26 ,125; to Mebane Heating and Air-Conditioning, <br /> mechanical contractor for a sum of $19,000; to <br /> Process Plumbing and Piping, Inc. , plumbing <br /> contractor for a sum of $15,900; and authorize the <br /> chairman to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
