During the course of plan pre- <br /> paration various modifications were affected that were outside <br /> of the original scope of the project. These additions, <br /> enumerated in the attached list can be explained as follows: <br /> 1. It was decided to utilize the leased space in order to <br /> provide enough space for the six departments. While they <br /> could have been fitted within the building without the <br /> addition there would have been no room for expansion. <br /> 2. Plans to abandon cabinetry were abandoned when it was <br /> realized that they could not be disassembled without major <br /> damage. Walls and kitchen cabinets had to be added to the <br /> scope of work in their place. <br /> 3 . Planning and Environmental Health were to have had some <br /> portions of their areas divided by partitions of six feet <br /> high. This was changed in order to provide more electri- <br /> cal wiring and greater privacy between public area and <br /> work areas. <br /> 4. Forestry was added at the request of the agricultural <br /> departments. <br /> 5. Plumbing fixtures within the ASCS office were added to <br /> permit a means to clean a memograph machine used by that <br /> office. <br /> EmmEmmmommr <br />
