• • ORANGE COTTNTY PLANNLNG DEPARTMENT IHLLSBOROUGH 132 NORTH CAROLINA - • 27278• vr4- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND SCHEDULE OF INSPECTION FEES • FOR ORANGE COUNTY Pursuant to the requirements of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Chapter 153A, Sections 323 and 343, and Article 20, Sections. 20.5 and 20 .6, of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Courtroom of the Old Post Office, Franklin Street, Chapel Hill , North Carolina, on Tuesday, September 16, 1986, at 7:30 pm for the purpose of giving all interested citizens an opportunity to speak for or against the adoption of proposed amendments to the Orange County Zoning Ordinance and Schedule of Inspection Fees. ORANGE COUNTY ZONINB ORDINANCE The proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance ender consideration is as follows: Amend Section 6.21 . 1 Existing Q[ New Mobile Jig P sks,, Subsection a) , by deleting the following: "and (2) that the space be improved in accordance with subsection 7.20.4 a) of this Ordinance" . The affect of the amendment would be to relieve existing mobile home parks from complying with new standards for mobile home parks and allowing them to continue as pre-existing nonconforming uses. • ORANGE COUNTY INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE The proposed amendment to the inspections Fee Schedule adopted July 8, 1986 is as follows: Add a new Schedule Joint Planning inzaeg.ilea Ee as follows: All projects approved under the terms of the Joint Planning Agreement between Orange County and the Town of Chapel Hill shall pay the following fees prior to the recording a Special Use Permit or Final Plat of a major subdivision. •
