• <br /> 131 <br /> ENFORCEMENT <br /> A. Orange County will be responsible for the issuance of all. <br /> permits, building and otherwise, for an approved application. <br /> Orange County will forward a copy of permits issued as well <br /> as the approved site plan to the Town on whose side the . <br /> development is located. <br /> B. Orange County will also be responsible for inspecting each <br /> site to insure compliance with applicable regulations and any <br /> other conditions attached to the approval. <br /> C. Orange County will secure the help of the Town staff when <br /> appropriate or secure additional- staff or consultants for the <br /> purpose of administering the provisions of the agreement and <br /> any development standards adopted pursuant thereto. The fee <br /> schedule for administration of development requests will be <br /> adjusted where necessary to compensate the Towns for the use <br /> of Town staff. <br /> D.
