-5- <br /> OAperated by the Project Manager or a person designated by <br /> the Project Manager. Envelopes shall be :opened in the <br /> presence of another person, the money shall be counted and <br /> the total recorded. The money shall be deposited in accordance, <br /> with the usual procedures of the Agency, with a separate <br /> receipt. Accumulation of contributions should not exceed <br /> fifty dollars ($50) between deposits. <br /> 12. Program Income. Program income is any money <br /> received by Agency as a direct result of contract activity. <br /> Agency shall maintain daily records of voluntary contributions <br /> by (or on behalf of) service recipients, interest received <br /> on COG advances before disbursement, and any other program <br /> income. Agency shall not withhold any program income as an <br /> offset to COG reimbursement. Program income shall be used <br /> in the same year it is received to provide additional services. <br /> Upon completion of the work, including the receipt of any <br /> final written submission of the Agency, COG shall pay the - <br /> Agency a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the <br /> compensation to be paid under this contract, less the total <br /> of all previous payments made. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this paragraph, <br /> COG will make diligent efforts to obtain advance funding <br /> from its funding source; and if it receives such advance <br /> funding then the Agency shall be entitled to advances once a <br /> month based upon requisitions of the estimated amounts of <br /> expected expenditures for such month. <br /> 13. Agency's Personnel. Agency represents that it <br /> has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required <br /> in performing the services under this contract. Such personnel <br /> shall not be employees of COG, nor shall such personnel have <br /> been employees of COG during any time within the twelve- <br /> month period immediately prior to. the date of this contract, <br /> except with the express prior written consent of COG. Further, <br /> Agency agrees that no one employed by COG now, or within the <br /> twelve-month period immediately prior to the date of this <br /> contract, shall be involved in any way with the performance <br /> of this contract, without the express prior written approval <br /> of COG. <br /> • <br />
