The applicant then submitted Charter Meadows - Section Two <br /> 071 which was referenced as Lot 1B of Tax Map 21 . There were <br /> seventeen ( 17 ) Tots proposed out of 20.361 acres. The minimum <br /> lot size was 1 .01 acres. The lots had direct road frontage on <br /> SR 1541 . This area is also indicated on the vicinity map. The <br /> Board of Commissioners approved the Preliminary Plan for Sec- <br /> tion Two on 3-6-85 with the condition that SR 1541 be upgraded <br /> and constructed to Department of Transportation 's paved state <br /> road standards. This condition has been met as the applicant; <br /> has received approval from DOT of the construction plans (see1' <br /> enclosed letter) . <br /> IMPACT: Development of this subdivision would have minimal impact on <br /> the area. The projected traffic generation for this sub- <br /> division is approximately 123.6 (9.51 trips x 13 lots) trips <br /> per day. According to the Department of Transportation, the <br /> 1984 (most current) traffic count for SR 1541 is 50 average <br /> daily trips as determined from the north side of SR 1538. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommended approval of the Preliminary <br /> Plan contingent upon the following condition: <br /> - adjoining lot layout, names of adjoining property owners and <br /> subdivisions be shown on the plat. <br />
