Such a review, including <br /> the participation of the Town of Hillsborough, will insure that <br /> subsequent developments are in accord with municipal and County <br /> objectives. <br /> IMPACT: Adoption of the draft area study land use plan would establish <br /> development standards for the transition areas and additional <br /> protection for environmentally sensitive areas. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends adoption of the Pantry Area <br /> Study as submitted. <br />
