Such work shall be as outlined <br /> in the applicant county's Lang Range Plan for Modernization of Land Records broken down into convenient units or projects to be funded separately <br /> and in logical sequence. Projects should generally.be scheduled to be completed within two yeors or-less. Each should constitute a useful <br /> product which can be an immediate improvement in the service rendered to the public. <br /> Describe the oposed project in terms of man months, work elements and related costs, Indicate where additional personnel, consulting services, <br /> and equipment purchases may be required.
