AMIE <br /> 04C <br /> RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br /> FOR <br /> EVELYN P. LLOYD <br /> WHEREAS, EVELYN P. LLOYD has served Orange County's Board of <br /> Health in an exemplary manner; and, <br /> WHEREAS, EVELYN P.
