ACRES OF NEW HOPE - MINOR (CLASS A ROAD <br /> Marvin Collins presented for consideration of approval a <br /> request for a Class A private road to serve the new seven (7) acre lot <br /> of Joseph Stone, Et al. The Orange County Private Road Standards <br /> requires the approval of the Board of County Commissioners for G <br /> establishment of a Class A private road through the subdivision <br /> procedures. The Planning Board recommended approval of a Class A road. <br /> Motion was made by Commission Lloyd, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Carey to approve the Planning Board recommendation. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 8. WILLIAM AND MARY LYNN - MINOR (CLASS A ROAD) <br /> Marvin Collins presented for consideration of approval a <br /> request for a Class A private road to serve the new two (2) acre lot of <br /> William and Mary Lynn. The Planning Board recommended approval of a <br /> Class A road. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Lloyd to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 9 . WEST TEN MOBILE HOME PARK - PD/REZONING EXTENSION <br /> Marvin Collins presented for consideration of approval the <br /> extension of time limits on a planned development amendment when <br /> approval has expired. The request is for a second six month extension <br /> for the West Ten Mobile Home Park. The Planning Board recommends <br /> extension of the planned development rezonings for the West Ten Mobile <br /> Home Park for six (6) months from July 1, 1986 to allow additional time <br /> to obtain appropriate permits and approvals and to initiate construction <br /> activity. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Carey to approve the Planning Board recommendation. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 10. SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS <br /> (The Text Amendments incorporating the revisions recommended <br /> by the Planning Board and revisions recommended by the attorney are <br /> attached to these minutes) . <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Carey to approve the Subdivision Regulations Text <br /> Amendments as revised by the Planning Board and as recommended by the <br /> County Attorney. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> 11.
