Rec°mmenations <br /> The committee has reviewed the method of fund distribution to the <br /> counties and agrees that this distribution is equitable based <br /> upon unpaved road mileage. Attachments "B" and "C" are included <br /> to substantiate this finding. . <br /> The committee recommends that no changes be made <br /> the DOT Priority Rating System as concerns : <br /> at this time in <br /> A. Land Use and Public Service <br /> B. Traffic Characteristics <br /> I <br /> C. General Route Characteristics <br /> The factors that influenced this recommendation appear as <br /> Discussion Paragraph II A, B and C. <br /> • <br /> The committee does recommend that. the following changes: are. <br /> necessary in the.- administr.ation: of. the Participatory Paving <br /> Prog.ram•_ <br /> D. A sliding scale should be established for Property Owner <br /> Participation- This. should be based upon the priority <br /> assigned the- road in the rating-. system...
