Mr. Stephens wishes to make permanent an office <br /> mobile home which was installed on a temporary basis to assist <br /> placement of tenants in the park . In addition, he wishes to <br /> use an existing foundation (not shown on the site plan <br /> submitted to public hearing and approved) to erect a storage <br /> facility composed of individual cubicles for use by tenants of <br /> each mobile home unit. Both requests would increase the floor <br /> area for the planned development. <br /> Section 8.7. 1 of the Orange County Zoning Ordinance states that <br /> an increase in usable floor area constitutes a modification to <br /> an approved planned development. Section 8.7.2 further provides <br /> that " if it is determined that the proposed action is a <br /> modification, the Zoning Officer shall require the applicant to <br /> submit a request for modification of the approved special use <br /> permit . . shall submit the request to the Board which <br /> approved the original application (and) the Board shall set a <br /> public hearing to receive testimony concerning the modification <br />
