Composition <br /> Membership should be limited to county and municipal. human <br /> services agencies and agencies with county funding rela- <br /> tionships. 7 B. Officers <br /> A chairperson and vice chairperson. <br /> C. Term of Office <br /> As the Board of Commissioners decides. <br /> D. Appointment of Officers _ <br /> Officers appointed by the Board of Commissioners. <br /> E. Regular Meetings <br /> HSAC responsible for establishing meeting schedule. <br /> F. Subcommittees <br /> Ad hoc committees appointed by the HSAC leadership. <br /> G. Charge <br /> Modification of existing charge to be developed by Board <br /> of Commissioners. Information exchange would be the basis <br /> of the charge. <br /> 2. CITIZEN HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORY COMMISSION <br /> A. Composition <br /> Eleven to fifteen members all appointed by the Board of <br /> Commissioners. Within the composition the state mandated <br /> board chairs (DSS, Mental Health and Health) should recommend <br /> a representative from their respective boards. Orange County <br /> United Way, Chapel Hill Carrboro United Way, Orange Congrega- <br /> tion In Mission, and Inter Faith Council for Social <br />
