Plan and Schedule of Inspection Fees . <br /> 0EABDE CS)IINTY_LABD__.U-SE_PLAN <br /> The proposed amendment to the Land Use Plan under considera- <br /> tion is as follows: <br /> Amendment to the Orange County Land Use Plan entitled <br /> "An inventory of Sites of Cultural , Historical , Recreational , <br /> Biological , and Geological Significance in the Unincorporated <br /> Portion of Orange County ." <br /> The inventory is a list of those sites, including, but <br /> not limited to, churches, cemeteries, recreational and <br /> community centers, historically significant buildings, archeo- <br /> logical sites, and special flora and fauna sites, that are <br /> considered important to the history, environment, and quality <br /> of life of Orange County . <br /> QRFNGE DOBIY Z R I Nr_AILLS. <br /> The proposed amendment to the Zoning Atlas under consi- <br /> deration is as follows : <br /> A- 7-86 ALLEN AND DORIS TURNER <br /> The property in question Is located on (SR 1812) a state <br /> maintained access road leading to U .S . 70 at the southwest <br /> corner of the intersection of U. S . 70 and Interstate 85 . It <br /> is known as part of lot 77 on Orange County Tax Map 25 for <br /> Eno Township . It contains 652,093 .2 square feet or 14.97 <br /> acres. The present zoning of the property is Residential -1 <br />
