Seconded by Pilkey <br /> Collins noted that this amendment increases the recrea- <br /> tion space ratio requirement for compatibility between <br /> the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations <br /> Recreation Standards and sets a higher recreation space <br /> ratio in developments of five units per acre and <br /> greater.
