Collins explained that cluster development <br /> provides for single-family detached housing units on <br /> smaller lots than the conventional lot requirements in <br /> the Zoning Ordinance. He also noted that Staff would be <br /> preparing a provision later which addresses zero lot <br /> lines which would allow the units to be brought <br /> together.
