" <br /> ISSUES/IMPACTS: Either the skirting or appropriate <br /> landscaping/ screening option would <br /> address aesthetic concerns associated <br /> with mobile homes on individual .lots . <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISION(S) : Article 6 Section 6. 21 . 2d) <br /> 2 )a. and 6 . 21 . 2 e) 1 ) . "The mobile <br /> home must be skirted" . <br /> Article 6 Section 6 . 21 . 3 "Skirting is <br /> required �► <br /> Article 22 No provision. <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT(S) : Add to 6. 21 . 2 d)2)a. ; and 6. 21 . 2e)1) ; <br /> and 6 . 21 .3 <br /> If existing vegetation screens the <br /> mobile home from adjoining property <br /> lines and rights-of- way to a degree <br /> equivalent to or greater than a Class <br /> A screen as defined in Article 12 <br /> Section 12 . 8 of this ordinance, then <br /> no skirting is required. This screen <br /> must be in place at the time of final <br /> inspection of the mobile home unit . <br /> Add to Article 22 : <br /> Skirting. Panels, specifically <br /> designed for the purpose of screening <br /> the underside of a mobile home unit <br /> by forming an extension of the <br /> vertical exterior walls of the mobile <br />
