Stephens responded that it takes sixty to ninety <br /> days . Underpinning before the home settles is useless and may result in <br /> damaged underpinning . <br /> Collins noted that a temporary certificate ( ninety day option) could be <br /> issued . if the screening were not installed, the power could be turned <br /> off .
