oo <br /> The applicants have revised the site plan to provide for a <br /> total of 33 dwelling units, including three (3) duplexes <br /> (buildings #4/14, 15/16 and 17/18) . Proposed building sites <br /> #22 and 22 have been combined on the revised plan as site $26. <br /> Proposed building sites 14, 14, and 15 are shown on the revised <br /> plan as the three duplex units. There is no building/site <br /> referenced as #25 on the revised plan. <br /> The proposed cul -de-sac is shown on the revised plan as a loop <br /> road named Blackwood Mountain Road . <br /> On the revised plan the septic tanks and nitrification lines, <br /> for the artist bungalows and community center have been shifted <br /> to the original location of community well #1 . The applicants <br /> have also shifted the location of well #1 south of the artist <br /> bungalows to meet state requirements regarding the location of <br /> well sites in proximity to septic tanks/nitrification fields. <br /> The revised community well location has not yet been approved <br /> by the N.C. Department of Human Resources, Division of Health <br /> Services. The letter dated April 21 , 1986 from the Division of <br /> Health Services (See May 27, 1986 public hearing agenda packet) <br /> addressed only those suitable sites in the northwest and southw <br /> est corners of the property. <br /> See Impacts Statement for further information . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the planned <br /> development rezoning and Class A Special Use Permit request <br /> with the conditions of approval recommended at the May 27, 1986 <br /> public hearing with the following revisions: <br /> REVISE CONDITION #6 as follows: <br /> The following recommendations apply to the road and parking <br /> facilities: <br /> a. DELETE - The applicant has complied with this condition in <br /> the revised site plan. <br /> d .
