The property <br /> is referenced as Lot 1 of Tax Map 21 . It is <br /> bordered by agricultural and residential <br /> development. The tract is designated as Rural <br /> Residential on the Land Use Plan . <br /> There are thirteen ( 13) lots proposed out of 14.22 <br /> acres . The lot sizes are 2 .26 acres, .92 acre ( 11 <br /> lots) and 1 .84 acres . No zoning has been adopted in <br /> Little River Township . However, the Subdivision <br /> Regulations (Section IV-B-1A) require a minimum lot <br /> size of 40,000 square feet where the lots are to be <br /> served by on-site sewage disposal and water systems <br /> as in the case of this development. Also, each lot <br /> must abut the street on road with a frontage of at <br /> least 20 feet . <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the <br /> Little River Fire District. Law enforcement is <br /> provided by the Orange County Sheriff 's Department. <br /> It will be patrolled on a 24 hour basis . <br /> The Planning Staff approved Charter Meadows - <br /> Section One as a minor subdivision on 1-3-85 . There <br /> were three (3) lots proposed out of 17 .065 acres . <br />
