CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board Of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina the following "capital project ordi- <br /> nance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for professional services- for the Water Study <br /> . Project. The project will be finaned by an appropriation from the County <br /> Capital Reserve Fund and Senate Bill 2 Grant Funds. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with� the pro- <br /> ject within the budget contained herein. <br /> ' Section 3. The following revenue is 'anticipated to COMplete this project. <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund. $ 5,800 <br /> Senate Bill 2 Fund <br /> 5;8.00 <br /> $11,600 <br /> Section 4.
