CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Chapter Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina -the following capital project ordinance <br /> is hereby adopted- - <br /> section 1• The project authorized is for the County Reservoir Project. The project will <br /> be financed by an appropriation from the County capital Reserve Fund and <br /> Senate Bill 2 Funds. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed , with the project <br /> within the budget contained herein., <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to. complete this project. <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund. $30,000 <br /> Senate Bill 2 Funds 30,• 00 <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project.- <br /> Professional Services 00 <br /> Adopted this 23 day of July, 1986, <br />
