CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE A14ENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of. the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project <br /> ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the lease/purchase and ' renovation of the pro- <br /> posed County Annex. The project will be financed by an appropriation <br /> from the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the pro- <br /> ject within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project.- <br /> 1985-86 1986-87 Total <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve $230,000: $214,116 $444o116 <br /> Section 4.
