CAPITAL*PROJECT ORDINANCE AXENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that, pursuant to Section <br /> 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General statutes of North Carolina, the following <br /> capital project is hereby amended: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is for renovations and ' roof repair for <br /> the Northern Human Services Center. The project will be <br /> financed by a grant and appropriations from the General Fund and <br /> the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with <br /> the project within the budget contained herein. <br /> Sectin 3.
