CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it'ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina the following capital project ordinance <br /> is hereby adopted.— <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the New. Courthouse Improvements Project. The pro- <br /> ject will be financed by an appropriation from the County Capital Reserve <br /> Fund in fiscal years 1986-87 and 1987-88. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed. to proceed with the project <br /> within the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue *is anticipated to complete this project. <br /> Transfer from county Capital Reserve Fund (1986-87) $25,000 <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund (1987-88) 251000 <br /> ­ $50,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project: <br /> Land Acquisition <br /> A_501 00 <br /> Adopted this 23* day of July, 1986.' <br />
