CAPITAL PROJECT- ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 259- of the General Statutes of North Carolina the following capital project ordinance <br /> is hereby amended: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the renovation of the 'Sheriff Department Offices. <br /> The project will be financed by an appropriation from the County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby 'directed*to proceed with the project <br /> within the budget contained herein. <br /> . Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project. <br /> 1985-86 1986-87 Total <br /> Transfer from county Capital Reserve <br /> Fund _ .$ _1,200 $19,225 <br /> Section 4.
