CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that, pursuant to Section 13.2 of <br /> Chapter 159 of the .General. Statutes of north Carolina, the following capital project is <br /> hereby amendeds , <br /> section 1. The project authorized is for the development of orthophotos and topographic <br /> maps for the Chapel dill Township. - This is Phase 11 of a multi-year, multi- <br /> ,Phased remapping o the -County: The project will be financed by an .appro- <br /> priation from the General Fund, the County Capital Reserve Fund, a State <br /> Grant and charges to participating jurisdictions. <br /> Section 2. The .officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with. -the project <br /> within the budget contained herein. <br /> -se6kion•3.
