CAPITAL�PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br /> 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General statutes of North Carolina the following capi- <br /> tal project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the sound system purchase for the Art <br /> School in Carrboro. The project will be financed by an appropria- <br /> tion from the County capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers. of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is' anticipated to complete this project. <br /> Transfer from county capital Reserve Fund 25,0 0 0. <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project: <br /> Sound System Purchase 5 000 <br /> Adopted this *23 day of July, 1956. <br />
