SECTION IV. TAX RATE LEVY: There is hereby levied for the, fiscal year 1986-87 a general <br /> county-wide tax rate of $.65 per $100 of assessed valuation. This rate shall be levied 62 .0 cents <br /> in the General Fund and 3 .0 cents in the School Capital Reserve Fund. Special district tax rates <br /> are levied as' follows: <br /> Cedar Grove $ .06 South Orange Fire District $ .085 <br /> Efland Fire District .025 Chapel Hill Fire District .06 <br /> Eno Fire District .06 Southern Triangle Fire District .05 - <br /> Little River Fire District .05 Damascus Fire District . 05 <br /> New Hope Fire District .05 Chapel 'Hill-Carrboro School District .199 <br /> Orange Fire District .04 White Cross Fire District .10 <br /> Orange Grove Fire District .•04 <br /> SECTION V. SCHOOL CURRENT EXPENSE: There is hereby ' allocated' a lump sum of $4 210,531 .for <br /> Chapel'Hill-Carrboro City Schools and $3,984,,815 for Orange County Schools, for the purpose of <br /> supporting current expense. <br /> SECTION VI. SCHOOLS CAPITAL OUTLAY: There is hereby allocated $450,000 for ',Chapel Hill <br /> Carrborc City Schools for current capital, $150,000 for roofs, $864,000 for the multipurpose center <br /> and $70,000 for architectural and engineering fees; however, $48,4,52 of this allocation has been, ' <br /> expended in the previous fiscal year for schematics and design work related to these projects, For <br /> Orange County Schools, there is hereby allocated $450,000 for current capital, $156,000 for roofs, <br /> $1,624400 for Orange High school expansion, <br /> SECTION VII, DOG LICENSE: A license costing $5.00 is 'required for all dogs. <br /> SECTION VIII. SCHEDULE B ,LICENSE: In accordance with Schedule B of the Revenue Act (Article 2.. <br /> Chapter 105 of the X. C. State Statutes) and any other section of the General Statutes so. <br /> permitting, . there are hereby levied privilege license taxes in the maximum amount' permitted on <br /> businesses, trades,,, occu p ations, or professional which the County is entitled to tax. <br />
