Road County Annex (Carr Store building). • <br /> NEED: In Board action on July 7, the first: three sections of this project <br /> were approved. Due to insufficient bidder :response, the plumbing <br /> section was rebid on July 15, with three bidders participating. <br /> A copy of the bid tabulation is attached. <br /> IMPACT: Contingent upon approval of the 1986-87 budget, funds will be available <br /> to complete the entire County Annex renovation project, including thec?, <br /> $15,900 required for this section of construction. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Contingent upon the adoption of the 1986-87 budget, recommendation <br /> is made to award the plumbing section of the Revere Road County <br /> Annex renovation project to Process Plumbing and Piping, Raleigh, NC <br /> for a sum of $15,900; and authokize. the ChAirman to sign on behalf <br /> of the Board. <br /> - . <br />
