S. Department of Housing and <br /> Urban Development an allocation of 388 Section 8 Existing Housing Units <br /> to be assisted by Housing Assistance Payments. The Annual Contributions <br /> Contract is an agreement between the County and HUD which establishes/ <br /> provides annual housing assistance payments to the County for 388 Section <br /> 8 Existing units. Execution of this agreement will extend the term of <br /> the contract five additional years to 1991. <br /> IMPACT: The County will be able to continue to provide rental assistance to <br /> eligible applicants in Orange County. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Adopt resolution and authorize Chair to sign on behalf of <br /> the Board. <br />
