Oa <br /> assist the Contractor as much as possible in this effort the final <br /> responsibility shall rest with the Contractor. Should any such trees <br /> and shrubs be damaged through negligence on the part of the Con- <br /> tractor the cost of comparable plant material shall be determined by <br /> a Horticulturist employed by the County and either paid for directly <br /> by the Contractor or an equal amount withheld from the contract sum <br /> in SECTION III. <br /> 7. The proper and lawful dumping and/or disposal of all materials re- <br /> moved from the property by the Contractor as a result of his services <br /> as outlined in SECTION I shall be his complete and absolute respon- <br /> sibility. Disposal of all such materials shall be in full accordance <br /> with all appropriate regulations pertaining to such matters. The <br /> disposal of such materials in unauthorized locations, within Orange <br /> County or otherwise, is strictly prohibited. <br /> 8. The Contractor shall make sure that the removal of any and all <br /> electrical service drops prior to the demolition work have been done. <br /> SECTION VI: ACCEPTANCE AND FINAL PAYMENT <br /> THAT upon receipt of notice that the work is ready for final inspection <br /> and acceptance, the County shall promptly make such inspection, and when the <br /> work is found acceptable under the Contract and the contract fully performed, <br /> the authorization of payment to the Contractor shall be made in a sum suf- <br /> ficient to cover the amount of payment in the Contract. Before the Contractor <br /> shall be paid in full, however, the Contractor shall submit evidence satis- <br /> factory to the County that all payrolls, material bills, and other indebtness <br /> connected with the work as relating to this Contract have been paid. <br /> SECTION VII: INSURANCE <br /> THAT the Contractor shall purchase and maintain such comprehensive <br /> -a- <br />
