In the <br /> event circumstances result in the County desiring an addition or deduction <br /> of services which changes the contract amount hereabove, a mutually agree- <br /> able written addendum to change the contract_sum_shall..be negotiated and <br /> incorporated into this agreement. <br /> SECTION VI: COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> THAT the performance a of the work by the Contractor as outlined in <br /> SECTION I of this Contract shall be based on the following responsibilities <br /> of the County: <br /> 1. The County shall mark or identify in some mutually acceptable fashion <br /> any trees, structures, or vegetation within the confines of the <br /> property which shall not be disturbed or damaged by the Contractor <br /> prior to the initiation of any demolition or lot clearance work. <br /> 2. The County shall assist the Contractor in the location of property <br /> reference points by providing a map, marked as Exhibit B, which shall <br /> designate the boundaries of the property within which the Contractor <br /> shall perform his demolition and lot clearance work, and if necessary <br /> the County shall actually show the Contractor, the location of <br /> property reference points by visiting the property site. <br /> 3. The County shall obtain any and all necessary approvals and per- <br /> missions from property owners for the performance of the demolition <br /> and lot clearance work by the Contractor. <br /> 4. The County shall arrange for the removal of any and all electrical <br /> service drops prior to the demolition work. <br /> 5. The County shall make available to the Contractor any other in- <br /> formation to the Contractor regarding its requirements or any changes <br /> as expeditiously as necessary for the orderly progress of the work. <br />
