04E4 <br /> CONTRACT <br /> for <br /> Demolition, Lot Clearing and Hauling Services <br /> Councilville Community <br /> Development Project <br /> between <br /> County of Orange <br /> and <br /> R. W. Jones Grading and Hauling Company <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 7th day of <br /> July , lg 86 , by and between R. W. Jones Grading and <br /> Hauling Company / (hereinafter- referred to :as "Contractor") <br /> and Orange County, North Carolina, (hereinafter referred to as "County") . <br /> WITNESSTH: <br /> THAT WHEREAS, the County is undertaking certain activities necessary for <br /> the execution of a Community Development Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order for the County to implement part of the overall pro- <br /> gram, professional demolition, lot clearing and hauling services are <br /> necessary; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County desires to engage the Contractor to render such <br /> professional services in connection with such undertakings of the County; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Contractor and the County by mutual agreement for <br /> the consideration hereinafter set forth, do hereby agree as follows: <br /> SECTION I: SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> THAT the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, <br /> supervision and services required to perform professional demolition, lot <br />
