024 <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made this 7th day of July, 1986, by and <br /> between Orange County, North Carolina, hereinafter referred <br /> to as the "COUNTY, " and the Orange Water and Sewer Authority <br /> referred to as the "AUTHORITY, " <br /> WITNESSETH THAT: <br /> WHEREAS, the COUNTY has entered into a multi-year, <br /> multi-phased project to remap the County with new base <br /> orthophoto maps, topographic overlay maps of a certain <br /> portion of Chapel Hill Township, and new cadastral property <br /> maps under an Agreement with L. Robert Kimball and Associates <br /> of Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, known as the "CONTRACTOR" ; <br /> WHEREAS, the AUTHORITY has requested an agreement with <br /> COUNTY to purchase mylar copies of certain topographic base <br /> maps of Chapel Hill Township, an overlay of an orthophoto at <br /> 1" = 100 with 2 ' contours, more specifically described in <br /> that Agreement between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR - identified as <br /> Phase 2 ; <br /> BE IT AGREED, that COUNTY agrees to allow AUTHORITY to <br /> purchase mylar copies of certain original topographic overlay <br /> maps of Chapel Hill Township, from COUNTY, at cost (presently <br /> $38.50) , to be delivered by CONTRACTOR according to the <br /> schedule of priorities, conditions, and time specified in <br /> said Phase 2, other sections of the Agreement between COUNTY <br /> and CONTRACTOR, and the contract map; <br /> BE IT FURTHER AGREED, that said topographic map copies <br /> shall not exceed 203 map sheets to be provided in the 1986- <br /> 87 fiscal year; <br /> BE IT FURTHER AGREED, that AUTHORITY will pay to COUNTY <br /> ten thousand dollars ($10, 000) for its contribution to <br /> COUNTY'S remapping project, by July 31, 1986 AUTHORITY to pay <br /> the additional per-sheet cost upon delivery to and acceptance <br /> by AUTHORITY; <br />
