Such a review, including the participation of the <br /> Town of Hillsborough, will insure that subsequent developments <br /> are in accord with municipal and County objectives . <br /> IMPACT: Adoption of the draft area study land use plan would establish <br /> development standards for the transition areas and additional <br /> protection for environmentally sensitive areas . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adoption of the Pantry Area Study as submitted. <br />
