It is referenced -- <br /> as lot 2 on Tax Map 19 . The owner is proposing a <br /> private Class B. road (Fieldstream Drive) which will <br /> be extended from section one of Fieldstream <br /> sudivision . The tract is bordered by undeveloped <br /> wooded land with the North Fork of the Little River <br /> just north of ; to prcyer- ;y . <br /> There are five (5 ) lots proposed out of 9.59 acres . <br /> Individual wells and septic tanks are proposed . The <br /> smallest lot is 1 .02 acres and the largest lot Is <br /> 2.89 acres. Access to the subdivision Is to be <br /> provided via Guess Road and Fieldstream Drive. <br /> A 1985 traffic count on Guess Road indicated 1300 <br /> trips per day Just south of the intersection with NC <br /> 57 . Using 9.51 trips per day per residence, an <br /> additional 48 trips per day would be generated on <br /> Guess Road . <br /> The tract is located in an area designated as Rural <br /> Residential in the Land Use Plan. It is also located <br /> in the Little River Fire District. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval . - <br />
