Department of Human Resources, Division of Health Services, <br /> and shown on the revised site plan prior to the issuance of the <br /> Special Use Permit, Final plans for the community well system <br /> REVISED CONDITION #10 as follows: <br /> All final plans for drainage, soil erosion and sedimentation <br /> control shall be reviewed and approved by Orange County and the <br /> site plan modified accordingly to satisfy the Soil and Erosion <br />
